4. What's MOQ?
Normally MOQ is one 20 feet container. To start cooperation, it accepts smaller one like 2 or 3 crates.
5. How soon is lead time?
The delivery time depends on the quantity. It also various at normal and hot seasons. Normally, it takes 2 to 4 weeks for production since order is confirmed.
6. Does BNG offer customized product color, dimension, configuration?
Yes. Sure.
7. Is quotation and estimation free of charge? How about samples?
Yes, BNG offers free estimation and technical support services. When size of samples is smaller than 300x300mm, it is free. Courier cost is to be covered by buyer but will be reduced from future order value.
8. What's payment terms?
1) T/T(Payment amount≤1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment amount≥1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance and balance before each loading).
2) L/C.
3) Email transfer for small amount.
9. How is the warranty?
5 years warranty for Laminated Glass. 10 years warranty for Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Windows & Doors and glass systems.

We offer FOB China, CIF, DDU terms.
11. It is common that glass is broken? What if glass is broken when I receive the cargo?
BNG's experienced workers always make sure safe glass package durable for long voyage sea transportation. In case of glass broken, insurance company is going to cover the cost or we reproduce.
12. What is the maximum size of laminated and tempered glass you can supply?
Maximum size: 3600mmx18000mm, Min.Size: 100mmx100mm.
13. Do you offer logistic to my door?
Yes, we also do DDU term.
