Nano Glass Coating

Nano coated easy self cleaning glass is obtained by coating a nano-scale TiO2 film on the surface of top quality float glass through Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) technique. The glass surface is hydrophilic, hence rainwater spreads evenly and washes out dirt. Further, the glass coating, under the action of solar UV, breaks down organic dirt attached to its surface and this will be washed away by rainwater. It provides a new solution to keep glass panes and windows clean while providing and innovative concept for architectural glass.
