Low Iron Laminated glass is one type of laminated glass which are adhered in place by inter-layer (PVB, SGP) between two or more layers of low iron glass. As they are made of ultra clear glass, this low level of iron removes the greenish-blue tint that can be seen especially on larger and thicker sizes of glass. So the low iron laminated glass is much clear and lower spontaneous broken, and this is the main reason why people choose them for their high level projects.
The low iron laminated glass is used in various applications, such as curtain wall glass fin, windows, railing, stair step glass, glass partition, display cases, and other applications where clarity is desired.
