The manufacturing process of curved insulated glass involves heating the glass to its melting point and then shaping it to the desired curvature using a mold or a vacuum system. Once the glass has been formed into the desired shape, the insulating layer is added, and the layers of glass are bonded together using a special adhesive.

4. What's MOQ?
Normally MOQ is one 20 feet container. To start cooperation, it accepts smaller one like 2 or 3 crates.
5. How soon is lead time?
The delivery time depends on the quantity, glass processing requirement and shipment location. Normally, samples will be 5-7 days, bulk orders will be 2-4 weeks after received the deposit.
6. Does BNG offer customized product color, dimension, configuration?
Yes. Sure.
7. Is quotation and sampling is free of charge?
Yes, BNG offers free estimation and technical support services. Samples smaller than 300x300mm is free. Courier cost is to be covered by buyer but will be reduced from future order value.

1) T/T (Payment amount≤1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment amount≥1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance and balance before each loading).

9. What is the standard size of the windows and doors?
We always manufacture windows and doors customized.
10. How is the warranty?
5 years warranty for Laminated Glass, and 10 years warranty for Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Windows & Doors and Curtain Wall.
11. What trade term do you offer?
We offer FOB China, CIF, DDU terms.
12. How to get a quotation?
We do need some specific details to complete the quotation, such as item, thickness, size, qty, colour, quantity. Please reach us by email or call our specialists.
13. It is common that glass is broken? What if glass is broken when I receive the cargo?
Glass is fragile, our experienced workers always make sure safe glass package durable for long voyage sea transportation. We seldom hear claim of glass broken from oversea customers. In case of glass broken, insurance company is going to cover the cost. We will reproduce for you.
14. What is the maximum size of glass you can produce?
BNG have biggest tempered surface in China, so we can provide biggest size upon your demand.
Maximum size: 3600mmx18000mm, Min.Size: 100mmx100mm, thickness range : 3-25mm.
15. Do you offer logistic to my door?
Yes, we offer one stop service from production to to-door delivery upon your preference.
